This is to inform interested and suitably qualified candidates that application forms for admission into HAMZAINAB College, for the 2019/2020 Academic Session, in respect of our various programmes are available online.

ELIGIBILITY:
A. UTME Candidates
- All prospective candidates must have scored a minimum of 80 marks in the last 2019 UTME examination
- Candidates that made the college their first, second, third or fourth choice in the 2019 UTME examination can apply.
- Candidates applying with ONE O'level or TWO O'level sitting(s) are required to have a minimum of FIVE (5) credits, including English & Mathematics. Candidates with a lesser requirement will NOT be allowed to proceed with registration

- If you did not choose the college as your first choice institution in jamb, or you're applying for a different course than the one you selected in your jamb registration, you are required to do change of institution/course with jamb
B. Direct Entry(Without JAMB)
- Candidates applying with ONE O'level or TWO O'level sitting(s) are required to have a minimum of FIVE (5) credits, including English & Mathematics. Candidates with a lesser requirement will NOT be allowed to proceed with registration

PROCEDURE:
- Register and pay a non-refunadble fee of N2,000 for the Pre-Admission Screening through the college portal www.eportal.hamzainab.edu.ng/admission
- Complete the screening form by supplying all the required details.
- Print out the Pre-Admission Screening Application containing your personal details as well as the Screening Slip.

SCREENING EXERCISE
Venue for the screening is: College Auditorium, KM.7, Temidire Ilesa Road, Owode Area, Osogbo, Osun State.
Screening commences at 9:00am prompt.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates are required to bring along: Originals and Photocopies of their O‘Level result(s), 2019 UTME result slip, 2 passport size photographs and registration form printout.
